Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take additional time depending on design specifications and stock availability.

2. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners such as DTDC, BlueDart, AllCargoGati and VRL Logistics to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Bulk Orders: Freight will be charged at actuals and communicated prior to dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner. Remote or rural areas may experience slight delays.

5. Order Tracking
Customers receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp after the product is shipped. You can also contact our support team for live shipment updates.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
In case of any visible damage or missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the package. We will assist in replacement or resolution promptly.
Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered.

Damaged or defective product received.

Product not matching the agreed specifications (for custom orders).
Note: Products damaged due to improper handling, installation errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Process

Raise a return request via email at marketing@swaarocare.com or call us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide order details, product images, and reason for return.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange for pickup or guide you through return shipping.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of returned goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or through NEFT transfer for offline payments.

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
